Fascia Our fascias come in two thicknesses, 16mm and 9mm. The 16mm is desgiend soley as a fasciaboard nailed directly to the bare rafter ends whilst the 9mm is designed to 'nail on' to the existing timber fascia. The guttering is attached to the fascia.
Bargeboard
The bargeboard is actually the same as fascia but is given the name 'bargeboard' when situated on a gable end or 'apex'.
Guttering
The guttering is usually attached to the fascia. Most customers opt for the 'square' guttering as its modern looks are pleasing to the eye. The 'half round' guttering suits older properties although this holds a little less water than the square gutters.
Ogee guttering is a deeper style gutter for properties with very large roofs, however this is more expensive than the round or the square gutters.
Cladding
Our cladding applications come in a range of sizes from 9mm hollow cladding in 300mm sections to solid shiplap cladding 100, 150 and 200mm sections. Available in white, woodgrain, blackgrain and golden oak.
Industrial cladding is also available by special order for commercial installations.
Soffit
The soffit board is the underside board on your property. This fits against the back wall and slots snugly into the fascia board for a tight fit. Our soffit boards come in 9mm thick solid planks up to 600mm wide. Many people choose to have a cladding effect soffit.
